It seems no matter what time I get up in the mornings this week, I have ended up rushing out the door to get to work. I hate doing this because I always feel stressed and have most likely forgotten something I’ve laid out to bring with me. Argh!
Anyway, I packed the hubby some of the banana bread I baked last night for him to take to work. Hopefully he’ll like the little change I made.
For breakfast this morning, I decided to make some oat bran. The oatmeal I made the other morning really kept my hunger at bay, so I thought I’d use up the rest of my oat bran this morning.
I used 1/3 cup of oat bran
1/2 ripe banana cut up
2 tsp of Naturally More PB
1 Tbsp of Living Harvest Hemp Protein Pwder
A few drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia
Again, as you can see, I had to take it on the road again because I just ran out of time this morning.
Around 12:00 I had this:
And I snuck in one of these. Thankfully everyone else in the office likes these too and now they’re gone.
Around 2:00pm I broke for lunch.
I had a Sweet Potato with a little bit of Earth Balance.
I also had another delicous salad that contained Romaine lettuce, 1/4 avocado, radishes, zucchini, yellow squash and english cucumber.
For the dressing I used 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1.5 tsp dijion mustard, 1 tsp olive oil and pinch of tried dill all mixed together with a little water to thin out. Super good.
It’s official, I’m a Notary! I’m really excited about this. My company had one on staff, but she no longer works here, so I get to be one. I was able to do it online. You fill out some paperwork and then you are required to do a 3-hr training course and take a test. After all the info is received they mail you your stamp in a few weeks and mine came today. It think it’s cool.
I’m training with Julie again tonight and will post my workout later on. I’m still a little sore in the tricep area from Tuesday. She is kickin my booty.
