Hey y’all. Happy Friday! I am SO ready for the weekend!
I got up nice and early this morning and hit the gym. Here’s what I did
Workout:
Warm-up – 2 mins on bike, 5 mins on tread
Run – 3 miles at 1% incline (30:45)
Cool down – 10 mins
When I got back home, I got stuff ready for the hubby and got ready for work.
Breakfast:
Stove top oats (277 cal)
½ cup oats
1.5 tsp Naturally More PB
1 Tbsp Living Harvest Hemp Protein Powder
1/2 Banana
1 Tsp Hershey’s cocoa powder
Later on I snacked on this (140 cal):
Lunch:
I had a leftover Gardein Chick’n Scallopini (90 cal) patty today and the last of my quinoa salad (108 cal). I also had about 1/2 cup of cubed mango (54 cal). Yum.
I was in such a hurry that I didn’t get to take a photo. I’m still new at this food journaling I guess.
Also eaten, but unpictured is a jolly rancher (23 cal) …it was sour!
So…here’s what’s on tap for the weekend.
- Spend time with my man
- Get ready for my sister (aka clean up condo) – she’s coming down for Turkey day!
- Plan what I’m taking to my aunt’s for Thanksgiving
- Plan what side dish I’m making for our office Potluck – dessert already decided on
- Purchase ingredients for holiday events
- Start prep work on food
- Workout with Julie on Saturday morning @ 7:30am
- Church
