Today has been one of those days where I feel like I’ve been snacking all day. It would be ok if all I snacked on were veggies, but it’s been a little more calorie dense than that. Will need to re-focus tomorrow and keep in mind to eat more veggies. Onto the eats for the rest of the day…
Before I left work today I had some nice hot tea with light vanilla soy milk. Our building is so cold, so this was a nice treat and a good way to warm myself up.

Dinner
For dinner I made some scrambled eggs using 1/2 cup of Egg Beaters and sauteed red onions and spinach and topped it off with homemade salsa (approx 100) . Yummy
I also snacked on some of these Archer Farms Salt and Pepper Kettle Chips (140 cal). I meant to grab the baked kind at Target, but I was in a hurry and just saw the name and grabbed the bag. They’re great though.
Dessert was a nice slice of Banana Bread (256 cal)
I also had a small square of chocolate – not pictured (45 cal).
The hubby and I are watching Kung Fu Panda. Then I think it’s off to bed. I have an early morning. I’m meeting Julie to do some speed work at a local high school track @ 7:30am! Then it’s time to run some errands and get some much needed projects going at our place.
