My sister and I headed back out to the mall to head back to Bath & Body works to see if they still had some of the deals from Saturday. We also headed to the Hello Kitty store – love this place. Lots of deals to be had today! Whoo-Hoo!
But before that, we got up this morning and hit the gym.
Workout:
- Warm-up for 5 min on treadmill
- Biking – 45 min
- Cool down – 5 min on treadmill
Breakfast: This morning I had a smoothie – yum, I haven’t fixed a smoothie in a while and I really was craving one this morning (150 cal)
- 1 cup of 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soymilk
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 Tbsp Living Harvest Hemp Protein Powder
Then we headed to the mall to look around and even met the hubby for lunch. We had already eaten, but visited with him while we ate. After the walked the mall for a few hours, we were famished. So, we settled on the food court and ate at Chick-fil-a. I like eating here because I know what I’m going to get and know what the calories are. Easy with portion control. Good for me.
Lunch: Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich (210 cal) and a few fries (187). I only ate about 1/2 the bun (Approx 397 cal)

For dessert I had – 3 mini Reeses pb cups (Approx 144 cal)
Snacks: Handful of pecans (188 cal) and 3 dried apricots (55 cal)
We were hoping the hubby would get off work early and then we were all going to go on a bike ride, but he got off later and then it was too cold to go later on. so, we went to IKEA after the hubby got home. My sister doesn’t get to go to Ikea often and she wanted to find a bookshelf for her apt. And we looked all over at the deals and went to get a book-case, but it was so long, so we were going to measure the car to see if it would fit. But my husband always checks out the As-Is room and we found my sister And while we were there, we had dinner. The hubby loves the Swedish Meatballs and jumps at the chance to go and eat there. He’s funny.
Dinner: Stuffed Salmon + brocoli and potato patties (approx 400 cal). This was ok. A little dried out, but not too bad. No picture though.
Total Calories: Approx 1331 calories
When we got home, we all went to bed – we were Ti-Red!
