Onto the eats and events…
Work – YES! More drama today. My little vacation is over and it’s back to the grind. Boo! I honestly LOVE doing my own thing – making my own schedule. I would love to have a career one day that supported this. I hope to be working for myself at some point in the future.
I left my camera cord at home, but I want to go ahead and get this posted. So, excuse the photo-less post.
Breakfast: 1/2 bagel (100 cal) + 1.5 tsp PB (52.5 cal) + 2 dried apricots (approx 30 cal)
Snack: 1/4 cup dried apricots (110 cal), 1/4th cup root beer (we were celebrating a co-worker’s B-day and we made root beer floats) 30 cal, 2 mini reeses pb cups (88 cal)
Lunch: 1/2 boiled egg – well 1/2 the egg yolk (43.5 cal) + 1.25 cups of lentil soup (approx 225 cal)
After work today, I headed some to get a work out in.
Workout:
- Warm-up – 10 mins walking
- Run – 7 miles (in 68:40 mins)
- Cool Down – jog/walking for 8 mins
After the gym, I got a shower and fixed some dinner – I was pretty hungry.
Dinner:
- 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel (100 cal)
- 1 egg – fried and topped with about 1 Tbsp of Avocado. (70 +35 cal)
- Then I was still hungry, so I had the other 1/2 of bagel (100 cal)
- some M&M’s before the gym and after (approx 100 cal)
The hubby and I cleaned up the condo a bit since we’re having people over for New Year’s Eve.
