vicious sweet tooth

I can’t believe it’s New Year’s Eve already!!  This year has completely flown by!

I was just reflecting back on this year and I realize that there have been many changes and fun events that me and my husband were able to experience this past year.  Here are just a few:

• Husband promoted to General Manager
• Moved to Tampa from West Palm Beach
• Husband Turning the big 3-0
• Parents Downsizing – Not by choice
• My PaPa dying
• My great friend from Atlanta got engaged
• Traveled around Florida a bit – Siesta Key, Miami, West Palm
• Traveled to Atlanta a few times to see friends and family
• Found an awesome Vegan/Raw restaurant in Tampa – GrassRoots
• Became un-vegan by adding some protein back into my diet
• Sold my Honda Civic
• Completed my first College Art Class and Received an A
• Met some great people in West Palm and Tampa
• Reconnected with friends from my past thanks to Facebook
• Found a new church Common Ground
• My first attempt at making french macaroons
• Joined my first book club
• Read/studied the entire book of Matthew
• Saw the GREATEST U2 concert ever!!
• Started my blog

I can’t wait for the new year.  I have a lot I want to do.  I will be turning 30, in the new year and it has really made me evaluate my life.  I’m getting older and I want to prove to myself that age is just a number, not a sentence. So, I’m going to be posting what I hope to accomplish in the new year. 

Tonight we’re having my sister, some friends from our church and some people they know over to ring in the new year. I’m so pumped!
