And moving forward with the New Year.
I have been kind of a bum the rest of the weekend. It’s actually been cold down here in Tampa and I just don’t feel 100%. I’m hoping that this coming week will get me focused on my goals and will be more motivated.
Today, we decided to clean up the condo and take down the Christmas decorations. It was kind of sad – saying goodbye to the holidays – it’s my favorite time of year.
Bentley even got in on some of the action…he loves to help us clean.
Breakfast: This morning we got up and got ready for church. I fixed this while I was getting ready – Cinnamon Raisin Bagel (200 cal) + 2 tsp PB (70 cal) + 1/2 cup OJ (55 cal)
Lunch: Unpictured - Leftover Kung Pao Chicken w/ Rice (approx 250 cal) + Bowl of Southern New Year’s Stew (150 cal). Not sure on the calories – I’m estimating and tried to err on the high side.
Snacks: M&M’s – finished them off so they are no longer a temptation (approx 150 cal)
Sweet & Salty Chex Mix – (130 cal)
Dinner: 1/2 pita (80 cal) + 1 egg (70 cal) + egg white (17 cal) + 1 Tbsp Avocado (30 cal) + fig preserves (20 cal) - 217 cal
Total Calories: 1222 calories
Workout: None today – house cleaning
We also just finished watching Talledega Nights. This movie is funny – Will Farrell is awesome.
Today was really productive – not only did we pack up the holiday stuff, do laundry, clean up the condo, we also worked on our budget to make sure we’re on track to reaching our goal of paying down our debt. I’m really excited to get it all paid off – it will be such a huge relief.
