YAY! I feel like I’m on the mend. I went back to the Chiro today and we did some stretching….not as fun as when I was getting a message, but necessary and very beneficial. It was kind of painful, but in a good way. I am feeling so much better and quicker than I thought. I don’t think I’m ready to run for a few more days, but at least I’m walking normal again and with about 70% less pain. Suh-weet! I can’t wait to get back to 100% and soon.
Workout: Since I can’t run right now, I’m hitting the stationary bike.

Here are today’s eats…
Breakfast: Stove top oats once again because it’s like 30 degrees here. 1/2 cup oats, splash of light vanilla soy milk (165 cals) + 1 Tbsp TJ’s raw AB (105 cals)
Cup of Bengal Spice Tea w/ Silk Soy Creamer (15 cals)
Snacks: 1/2 cup – 1 serving of Bold Chex Mix (120 cals)
1 small banana (90 cals)
Before heading to the gym after work, I snacked on about 2 tsp almond butter (70 cals) and a few pretzels (75 cals)
Lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice + 1 cup Moroccan Chickpea Stew (225 cals) + cucumber (5 cals) + 1 Tbsp Hummus (35 cals) – total 265 cals
Dinner: 1/2 whole wheat pita (75 cals), 1 boca burger (70 cals), arugula, (2 cals), 3 sliced strawberries (10 cals), 1 Tbsp Hummus (35 cals) – total 192 cals
For dessert I had about 1/4 cup s’mores vegan ice cream – (aprox 100 cals)
Total Calories: 1197 cals
Right now, I’m watching last weeks The Real Housewives of Orange County. Love it! I read some of my book at the gym tonight, so I want to maybe read a little more or do some research on the web.
