So, one of my goals lately has been to drink more water. I have this large water bottle and I fill it up at work and my goals is to finish the entire bottle and a little more if I can during my time there. I started this last week and so far, I’ve been able to accomplish this every day. Yay! Look, it’s 1.5 L! Since I’ve started drinking all of this water, I’m feeling really good. I have to hit the bathroom like a million times more, but that’s ok because I know I’m doing my body good. I feel good and it’s taken some of the focus off of snacking at work, which is a good thing. I love that it’s cleansing and helping my cells repair.
This mornin, I was in the mood for some yummy comfort oatmeal. It was awesome this morning.
Breakfast: Stove top oats, splash of light vanilla soy milk, 1.25 Tbsp almond butter (298 cals)
Chai tea + 1 Tbsp silk soy creamer (17 cals)
Snack: 1 PB&J Larabar (210 cals)
1 cup of sliced cucumbers + 1 Tbsp Hummus (51 cals) – this is my new favorite snack! Delicious. I wish I could get my hummus to be as smooth as what I find in the grocery stores.
2 tsp AB straight from the jar (70 cals)
Lunch: 1 cup Moroccan Chickpea Stew + raw goat cheese (194 cals)
Dinner: Large salad (88 cals) with 3 Gardein Crispy Tenders (90 cals)
- Romaine Lettuce
- Spinach (2 cals)
- Mushrooms (8 cals)
- Raw Goat Cheese (35 cals)
- Hummus (35 cals)
- Cukes (8 cals)
Dessert: Biscotti + AB (175 cals)
Total Calories: 1193 cals
Workout: No workout tonight, my lower back is still a little sore, so I want to just chill tonight.
