Today has been super productive for me today. We booked our plan tickents to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for my friend’s wedding. I also booked our hotel. We’re going to get there a little early and stay a day after the wedding, so it’ll be a little mini vacation for us. And the passport is in the works. So, know it’s just time to save up, try to work out hard to look my best, plan what we’re going to wear, and pick out the wedding gift we want to give them. I’m so excited I can’t wait!
Speaking of workout, here’s what I did tonight after work…
Workout:
- warm-up – 5 min walking on treadmill
- 45 mins on stationary bike – alternating 1:1 intervals – 1 min @ level 3 resistance then 1 min @ level 7 resistance
- Cool down – 5 min walking on treadmill
- 3 min stretching
Ok, let’s rewind to today’s eats….
Breakfast: Another 3-Min cookie- these things are seriously awesome! (184 cals)
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp whole wheat flour
- 1.5 tsp agave nectar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- 6 chocolate chips
- topped with 1 tsp AB
Snacks: 3 dates stuffed with 1 tsp almond butter and rolled in coconut flakes (105 cals)
1 bag of Planters trail mix minus the chocolate (approx 150 cals)
1 big juicy apple (116 cals)
Lunch: 1 serving Coconut Red Bean Quinoa (191 cals)+ 2.5 cups steamed green beans (58 cals)
Dinner: I couldn’t decided what I wanted for dinner, so I settled on another 3-min oatmeal breakfast cookie. These things are seriously addicting (184 cals)
I also had a bite of raw goat cheese (55 cals) and 1 spoonful of AB (73 cals)
Right now, I’m sipping on some Chai Tea with 1 Tbsp silk soy creamer (15 cals) and watching the finale of Jersey Shore…(I know, I know it’s high quality, but another guilty pleasure of mine)
Total Calories: 1131 cals
