Wise words, eh? I think so. Well, happy Monday y’all. Hope it’s been a good one. We’re getting back to normal in our house hold now that the hubby’s home!! Mine was pretty good…pretty productive day I would say. Nothing too interesting to report…so, let’s get into today’s eats.
Breakfast: Oatmeal Cereal (296 cals)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 2/3 Tbsp PB
- 1 Tbsp Raisins
- 2 walnut halves
- Splenda
- Cinnamon
Snack: 9 pcs Maya Gold Green & Black Chocolate (165 cals)
Baklava: approx 350 cals….maybe??
Lunch: 1 med zucchini sliced (10 cals) + 1 chicken enchilada from last night (132 cals)
Dinner: 1/2 cup Snobby Joe’s ( approx 200 cals)
I also grabbed a slice of veggie pizza w/ no cheese (200 cals) while we watched The Mission for our small group.
Workout: Hip Exercises…I had hoped to do some cardio, but it got really late. So, my goal/plan is to do some extra stuff tomorrow.
