Hey y’all! Hope you’re having a great afternoon. Thought I’d try and break my blog into two sessions instead of just one big one. So, my day has been pretty busy, but good so far.
I got up early this morning and got the hubby’s breakfast & lunch ready for him to take to work and then I fixed my stuff.
Breakfast: I didn’t have time to bust out all of the ingredients for a protein smoothie, so I had some of the Egg & Veggie Casserole I made over the weekend. (Approx 100 cals)
Plus one of these…1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter (101 cals)
